Everything you need to know about your Mechalita order.

When will my order ship?

Every Mechalita bracelet is handcrafted to order by our artisan Pantaji in Argentina, so please allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped from the US, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS. If you need your order by a specific date, reach out to us at hi@mechalita.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What size are the bracelets?

All Mechalita bracelets are fully adjustable thanks to our minimacrame knotting technique. They fit any wrist size comfortably — just slide to tighten or loosen. No need to worry about measurements.

Are the bracelets waterproof?

Our bracelets are made with natural stones and waxed cord, so they can handle light water exposure (washing hands, light rain). However, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or prolonged water contact to preserve the cord and stones over time.

How do I care for my bracelets?

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. To clean, gently wipe the stones with a soft dry cloth. For full details, visit our Care page.

Can I build my own stack?

Yes! You can mix and match any of our single bracelets to create your own custom stack. Browse our Orbit Collection and pick the stones that speak to you. If you need help choosing, reach out — we love helping you find the perfect combination.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@mechalita.com with a photo and your order number. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

My package says delivered, but I don't have it

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered early and show up within the next day or two. If it doesn't turn up, check with neighbors, confirm your shipping address, and contact your local post office. You can also file a claim with USPS. Unfortunately, Mechalita is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.

Something's wrong with my order

We're so sorry! Even though we carefully inspect every piece before shipping, sometimes things slip through. Please email us at hi@mechalita.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We'll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to international shipping soon — subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we do!
