Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Each piece is crafted by hand using natural materials — slight variations in color, texture, and size are part of what makes them unique and are not considered defects.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@mechalita.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already begun preparing your order for shipment.
